God bless Peter de Sève – he’s captured in a few masterful strokes the elation felt by so many rational Americans, (a.k.a. Democrats), on Tuesday evening as the results of the mid-term elections began to trickle out. And yes, that trickle turned into a river, then a raging torrent, followed by huge swells, crashing waves, and then, as predicted, a damn tsunami.
